The Communities for Work Plus (CfW+) programme offers free 1-to-1 mentoring to help you get into employment.

Our local Employment Mentor Carol Judd can support you with:
📝 CV writing, job applications & interview prep
💬 Confidence building
🔍 Finding work placements, volunteering & job opportunities
🎓 Accessing funding for training (CSCS, Food Hygiene, SIA & more)

👥 Who can join?
✔️ Powys residents aged 20+
✔️ Unemployed or currently not working
